In 2010, after decades of business experience, CEO Jim Blaha turned his attention towards a business of his step-son Corey’s called Way to Grow. Started in 2002, Way to Grow was a small business focused on retail hydroponic gardeners that took off in 2010. Corey and Jim agreed it was an opportune time for a veteran like Jim to enter the business, run the operations and take Way to Grow to the next level. As President of Way to Grow, Jim helped significantly grow the business by year over year, opened a number of new stores, and increase earnings by professionalizing the company and putting people, processes and technology together in harmony.

Looking at the food needs that are rapidly approaching the world along with the need for organic and chemical free food grown closer to home, Way to Grow decided to merge with Pure Agrobusiness, Inc. and begin the journey of providing all of the tools, consumable goods and expertise needed to meet the needs of the hydroponic gardening industry and fast approaching vertical and urban gardening markets. As President and CEO of PureAgro, Jim is part of a team that has the strategic plan to roll up stores in the fragmented hydroponic industry, integrate them into a professional, cohesive organization and lead the way into the local urban/vertical gardening market.
